How do I know which street stall is the safest to eat from?

Street food shopping is a must in many countries, our best tip is to look at the stalls first and view which one has the most locals eating from it, and which one has the longest queue, and go and eat there. Avoid street stalls with only tourists, and avoid ones with too many spaces at the tables and no queues as they wont get through the food quick enough.  Our favourite city outside of Europe for street food is Marrakesh and then possibly Singapore, coming in a close second, however don’t forget that countries in Europe also have fabulous street food festivals, for example the region of the Val de Bagnes in Switzerland and it’s famous raclette festival, or Naples and pizza, the list is long.
