– Discussion to confirm which level of service and consultancy you would like
– Once confirmed, we send an invoice or online pay link for our consultancy fee (*We accept CHFs, Euros or even some forms of Crypto)
– Work starts once fee payment has arrived in our account or wallet
– Delivery of what was confirmed
– Confirmation of itinerary and bookings
– Finalised travel itinerary and guides delivered by PDF and within an app

HOW DO WE AS A CONSULTANCY DIFFER FROM A CLASSIC TRAVEL AGENCY?
A traditional travel agency provides a product, as a foodie travel concierge we provide a concept, an experience and knowledge.
Not only do we guide and help you design your trip, we can execute all of the moving parts so you don’t need to lift a finger, or we can provide guidance and point you in the right direction if that’s all you need as well
We hunt out boutique and celebrate local
We won’t recommend places based on who gives us the best commission
A traditional travel agency’s fee is hidden within the price you pay for your package. We don’t provide ‘packages’ and we quote our fee before we start work
We always give regular updates throughout the design process so you can see how the concept is taking shape
A traditional agency’s team sits 9-5 in an office with little time to explore, we encourage our team to live and breathe a food and travel oriented lifestyle

Think local, eat local is a priority for us.
Not only does this strategy keep local traditions alive for the future, but it also puts money back into the community and helps the people that really need it.
We organise fabulous master classes on ‘cuisines du terroir’ by locals that reveal how locals eat and drink, but also how to prepare their delicacies, as well as give you an understanding on how that food or drink helped shape the personality of the destination.
We’ll connect you with local chefs, hotels and restaurants, and particularly those with a focus on cuisine du terroir and sustainable farming.
